Equipment and Logistics: We come prepared with standard camera gear, lighting, and diffusers. For any specialized equipment, we’ll handle rentals, with out-of-pocket expenses transparently passed on.

The Photoshoot

Shooting with a Marketing Eye: I shoot with your marketing needs in mind, considering negative space for text and creating images that are versatile for various marketing mediums.

On-Site Assistance: My assistant will be on hand to perfect the lighting, ensuring every shot captures the essence of your brand in the best light.

Dynamic Collaboration: The shoot is a collaborative effort. We welcome your input and adjust on the fly to ensure the visuals perfectly match your vision. If we’re shooting without a representative on hand, we also can supply proofing during the session, should you wish.

Post-Production and Review

Selective Retouching: After your images are chosen, we will hand retouch each photo with our signature care, by smoothing skin, whitening teeth, and reducing flyaway hair and glasses glare. Additional high-end retouching, including retouching products and/or props to bring the final image into spectacular consumer-ready quality, is available for an additional fee. Our goal is to make sure every detail aligns with your brand’s high standards.

Rapid Turnaround: We understand the importance of timely delivery. Expect a quick turnaround time so you can start using your images right away.

Delivery and Usage Rights

Digital Delivery: Final images are delivered electronically, ready for you to showcase your brand across all platforms.

Usage Rights: Enjoy the freedom of unlimited usage for images up to 16″ x 20″. Need larger formats? They’re available for an additional fee, ensuring you have the right image size for every application.

There are no travel fees for sessions within the greater Portland metro area. For sessions outside this area, reasonable travel fees apply, which we’ll discuss and agree upon during the planning phase.
