Each session is uniquely tailored to your brand’s needs, starting with an in-depth consultation to understand your objectives and branding strategy. We then move on to detailed planning, including storyboarding and vision boarding, to ensure every shot aligns with your marketing goals. On the day of the shoot, I, along with my assistant, will work closely with you, capturing images with marketing savvy, considering elements like negative space for text. We use standard camera gear, lighting, and diffusers, and can arrange for any special equipment if required.
Absolutely! We understand the importance of having the right people represent your brand. We have extensive resources and networks to help you find the perfect models for your commercial shoot, ensuring they align with your brand’s image and the campaign’s overall vibe.
Our team excels in location scouting, taking the hassle out of finding the perfect setting for your images. We consider your brand’s personality, the story you wish to tell, and the logistical aspects to select locations that enhance your photoshoot’s objectives.
The cost includes pre-shoot consultations, planning, the photoshoot itself with standard equipment, and post-production work on selected images. It also covers the assistance of my team during the shoot. Any out-of-pocket expenses, such as special equipment rentals or location fees, will be transparently passed on. You’ll receive retouched digital images with unlimited usage rights for sizes up to 16″ x 20″. Larger formats are available for an additional fee.
With a background in branding and marketing, I approach every shoot with a strategic lens, ensuring the images we create are not only visually stunning but also align with your marketing objectives. We discuss your needs in detail during the planning phase and remain flexible during the shoot to adapt to any evolving ideas.
We pride ourselves on our rapid turnaround time, understanding the fast-paced nature of the commercial world. While the exact timeline can vary depending on the scope of the project, we strive to deliver your images promptly, ensuring you can start using them in your marketing efforts as soon as possible.
After your images are chosen, we will hand retouch each photo with our signature care, by smoothing skin, whitening teeth, and reducing flyaway hair and glasses glare. Additional high-end retouching, including retouching products and/or props to bring the final image into spectacular consumer-ready quality, is available for an additional fee. Our goal is to make sure every detail aligns with your brand’s high standards.
Your final, retouched images will be delivered electronically via a secure download link. This ensures a swift and secure transfer, allowing you to access your photos as soon as they’re ready.
Yes, I always shoot in RAW to ensure the highest quality and flexibility during post-processing. For delivery, I provide high-resolution JPEGs that are optimized for both print and digital use. Additional file formats are available upon request. Certain file formats may qualify for an additional fee.
To reserve a date, simply get in touch with me via phone, email, or through my website. We’ll discuss your project’s needs and set a date that works for everyone involved. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Absolutely, I carry comprehensive insurance for all my photography services. For locations that require specific coverage, I can obtain specialty riders to meet their requirements, ensuring peace of mind for everyone involved.
I create custom proposals for each project, tailoring my services to meet your specific needs and goals. This ensures you receive a personalized experience that aligns perfectly with your project’s specifications.
Clients can secure their booking with a non-refundable deposit, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. I invoice electronically and accept most forms of payment, making the process convenient and straightforward.
There are no travel fees for sessions within the greater Portland metro area. For sessions outside this area, reasonable travel fees apply, which we’ll discuss and agree upon during the planning phase.
