• Reach Out: Begin your journey with us by getting in touch via phone, email, or through our website. We’re excited to hear about your family and what you envision for your session.
• Family Q&A: Once you’re booked, we’ll send over a special Q&A for your family to complete. This helps me get to know you better, understand your family’s dynamics, and personalize your session even before our first official meeting.

Step 2: Detailed Planning

• Zoom Consultation: We’ll have a Zoom call to discuss the details of your session, from the vision and style to the location preferences. This is a great time to share insights from your Q&A responses and any specific moments or connections you want to capture.
• What to Wear Guide: After our call, you’ll receive our curated “What to Wear” guide, specifically designed for families. I’ll help you choose outfits that coordinate well without looking too “matchy,” ensuring everyone looks their best while still expressing their unique style.

Step 3: The Family Photoshoot

• Location Choices: Whether you prefer the traditional backdrop of my studio or a meaningful outdoor location, we’ll find the perfect setting that reflects your family’s style and personality.
• Creating a Relaxed Atmosphere: My goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and happy during the shoot. I strive to create a fun environment that allows natural interactions and genuine smiles to shine through, capturing the true essence of your family’s bond.
• Optional Hair and Makeup Services: To add an extra touch of polish to your session, optional hair and makeup services are available upon request.

Step 4: Designing Your Family Keepsakes

• Virtual Design Tool: After the session, we’ll use a state-of-the-art virtual design tool to help you envision how your family’s keepsakes will look in your own space. This innovative approach makes choosing the right images for your walls a seamless and personalized experience.

Step 5: Seamless Integration with Graduation Sessions

• Special Offer: If you’re also celebrating a graduation, we’re delighted to offer a combined session. Family photos can be added to the graduate’s session on the same day at no additional charge, capturing this milestone moment together.

Final Steps: Delivery and Enjoyment

• Final Selection and Retouching: You’ll receive a gallery of the best images to choose from. Once you’ve made your selection, each image is carefully retouched to perfection.
• Delivery: Your final, polished keepsakes will be delivered personally if you’re in the greater Portland area.  If you choose a digital package, or include digital images in your Keepsakes purchase, you’ll receive those images on a custom flash drive encased in a decorative box for you to treasure and enjoy. 

Booking and Payment Details

• Scheduling: To ensure the best experience, we recommend booking a few weeks in advance, though we do our best to accommodate last-minute requests.
• Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot. We offer convenient electronic invoicing and accept a variety of payment methods.
